Entry is open to all sailors who are financial members of a State (QIODA, NSWIODA etc.) or National International Optimist Dinghy Association and members of a club affiliated with Australian Sailing or another World Sailing Member National Authority.

A regatta shirt is included for all participants who register for an 'Event and Regatta Shirt' option. Note that due to order lead times with the shirt supplier, only registrations completed before 15th November 2024 can be assured a shirt be delivered at the regatta. Later registrations will still be provided with a shirt but it may be delivered following the event. Accordingly, registration before 15th November is recommended.
Competitors are required to submit as part of online registration:
- Regatta shirt size (as applicable)
- Completed "QIODA Optimist Dinghy Safety Check List" (or present in-person at regatta registration)
- Current Insurance Certificate

Registrations close 30th November 2024. Late registrations after 30th November 2024 will be accepted, however, a late fee of $50 will apply.
